Four-legged friends received "spa treatments" from local groomers, sampled delicious treats, and learned pet-care tips from animal welfare organizations. Various rescue groups such as Second Chance Dog Rescue, FACE Foundation and more brought awareness to adopting your new best friend.

The Animal Pad.

The Animal Pad hosted a fundraiser at a private home in Mission Hills to help fund a shelter where they can house the animals that truly need help. Guests enjoyed a Smooch Pooch theme with tacos and cerveza, silent auction and a kissing booth.

Guests and their pets enjoyed the 1st Annual Lakeside Pet Expo to benefit Dogs on Deployment and San Diego Chief Petty Officer Spouse Association. A wide variety of exhibitors from San Diego participated and various rescue groups brought many adorable pets who were ready to find their forever homes, and many went home with new families!

Jingle Paws Walk for Pets helped pets in the East County find forever homes! Attendees joined in the fun and furry fundraiser helping rasie funds for Animal Center for Education and Services (ACES), which supports the El Cajon Animal Shelter in getting animals adopted and properly cared for.

San Diego House Rabbit Society’s Bunnyfest.

Bunny lovers united at the always popular annual San Diego House Rabbit Society’s Bunnyfest in Balboa Park. This festival was a fun day where people brought their own bunnies and enjoyed watching agility course, shopping, arts & crafts vendors and activities for the kids. Proceeds benefit rescue, education, spay/neuter and adoption of domestic rabbits in San Diego and Riverside Counties.

Landini’s Pizzeria in Little Italy hosted a fun evening to benefit Rancho Coastal Humane Society. Sir Ruffles Von Vicious hosted with a Baseball World Series theme. Guests enjoyed pizza, raffles, happy hour drinks and watching their four-legged friends enjoying doggie treats and sniffing everything!
